These terms cover your use of Check Planner (check-planner.com). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. See also the Privacy policy.
What the service does
Check Planner matches the bills you enter to your paychecks and shows what is left over. It does not connect to your bank, move money or pay anything. Dates, amounts and balances are only as accurate as the information you give it, and the forecast can be wrong.
Provided as is
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise it will always be available, error free or that the forecast will be correct.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Check Planner and its owner are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the service. That includes missed or late payments, overdraft or late fees, and decisions you make from a forecast. You are responsible for your own finances.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful, personal budgeting.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or access anyone else's data.
- Do not use automated tools to create accounts or send messages in bulk.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Changes and ending the service
We may change the service, change these terms, or stop the service at any time. If we end it, we will try to give notice first. We may close an account that breaks these terms. When these terms change, the date at the top changes.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time. Use "Delete my account" at the bottom of Settings to remove your account and all your data.
